Banaan & Pindakaas Power Smoothie
- 1 banaan
- 1 el pindakaas (zonder suiker)
- 1/2 scoop proteine poeder vanilla
- 150 ml ongezoete soja melk
- klein handje goji bessen
Gooi alles in een blender en blend tot een tot een egale massa. Je kan wat water toevoegen om het wat dunner te maken.

Rain and cold... Not two of my favorite things. Normally with this weather, I want to wear a big sweater and curl up on the couch with a big bowl of tea, but I really wanted to go for a run so I had to face the weather. Dressed as warm as possible I run a small round of 5 kilometers but it w
as so so cold and wet! Haha. I soon as I got home I took a hot shower and made this delicious smoothie. I you worked out it is really important that you eat or drink something protein rich to refuel your body, this way your muscles get energy to recover which makes them stronger. This recipe is perfect as a post workout drink and it is really yummy!
Banana & PB Power Smoothie
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (sugar free)
- 1/2 scoop protein powder vanilla
- 150 ml unsweetened soy milk
- little handful of goji berries
Throw everything in a blender and blend until everything is combined and you have a smooth consistency. You can add some water to make it thinner if you prefer.
