- 1 cup boerenkool (rauw/vers)
- 1 banaan
- 1/2 cup bietjes
- 3 verse dadels (of 2 medjool dadels)
- klein handje goji bessen
- 1 cup gefilterd water
Blend alle ingrediënten in een blender voor ongeveer 30 seconden op hoge snelheid en serveer direct.

- 1 cup filtered water
Blend all the ingredients in a blender for around 30 seconds on high speed and serve directly.
