Bananen Bietjes groene smoothie
Ingrediënten
- 1 cup boerenkool (rauw/vers)
- 1 banaan
- 1/2 cup bietjes
- 3 verse dadels (of 2 medjool dadels)
- klein handje goji bessen
- 1 cup gefilterd water
Methode
Blend alle ingrediënten in een blender voor ongeveer 30 seconden op hoge snelheid en serveer direct.

- 3 fresh dates (or 2 medjool dates)

- 1 cup filtered water
