'Raw' Superfood Chocolade

- 4 el geurloze kokos olie
- 4 el rauwe cacao
- 1 el dadel stroop
- 1 el rijst stroop
Toppings
- gehakte walnoten
- geraspte kokos
- goji bessen
- gedroogde abrikozen
Methode
Doe de kokos olie in een kom en zet hem in een laagje heet water in de gootsteen, roer net zo lang totdat de olie vloeibaar is. Voeg de cacao toe en roer goed tot alles opgelost is in de olie. Voeg de 2 stropen toe en roer goed tot alles is gemengd. Giet het geheel in een diepvriesbakje van ongeveer 10x15 cm. Leg de toppings in rijen op het mengsel. Leg dit in de vriezer voor zo'n 3 uur. Hak in stukken en bewaar de chocolade in de vriezer of de koelkast.

The last few days I was craving chocolate like crazy! Not so long ago I made healthy chocolate bonbon's to give it to a friend as a birthday present and she loved it, so today I decided to make a healthy chocolate bar full of superfoods. Besides, this chocolate is completely raw so all the vitamins and minerals are still there. Normally, I don't like bitter dark chocolate, but this chocolate turned out to be pretty sweet with that delicious decadent chocolate flavor. Perfect for a little sweet moment with a cup of tea, or just as a yummy snack. Full of antioxidants, good fats, vitamins and minerals, this is the ideal treat to satisfy your sweet tooth the healthy way!
Raw Superfood Chocolate

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- 4 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp date syrup
- 1 tbsp brown rice syrup
Toppings
- chopped walnuts
- goji berries
- grated coconut
- dried apricots
Method
Put the coconut oil in a bowl en put the bowl in a thin layer of hot water in the sink and stir until liquid. Add the cacao to the oil and stir until everything is well incorporated. Add both the syrups and stir until everything is combined. Pour the mixture in a plastic freeze proof box (10x15 cm) and put the toppings in rows on top of the chocolate. Let it sit in the freezer for at least three hours. Cut the chocolate in pieces and keep in the freezer or fridge.
