Kiwi Green Juice
Ingrediƫnten
- 1 cup spinazie
- 1 green kiwi
- 1 kleine wortel
- 1 selderij stengel
- sap van 1/2 limoen
- 2 cups gefilterd water
Methode
Gooi alles in een blender en blend alles voor ongeveer 30 seconden op hoge snelheid. Leg een kaasdoek over een maatbeker en giet de inhoud van de blender over in de maatbeker. Knijp voorzichtig al het sap uit de kaasdoek in de maatbeker.

Green Juice! The difference between these juices and the smoothies I make is that it contains more greens and vegetables and you only have the pure juice out of the ingredients without the fiber. Why green juice? This way it's really easily digestible, you get all the vitamins and minerals and you give you digestive system a rest so that it can start up nice and easy. Green juices are alkalizing and detoxifying and therefore ideal to start your day with. Another pro is that it doesn't have to be expensive! You don't have to purchase expensive juice machines if you don't have one. A simple cheesecloth worth a few is enough. In the beginning you probably have to get used to the taste, but your body will thank you for it!
So start green juicing!
Kiwi Green Juice
Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 green kiwi fruit
- 1 celery stick
- 1 carrot
- juice of 1/2 a lime
- 2 cups water
Method
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend everything for around 30 seconds on high speed. Put a cheesecloth over a measurering cup and pour the mixture in it. Gently squeeze the juice out through the cheesecloth.
