Groene Smoothie met Banaan en Sinaasappel
Ingrediënten
- 1 cup spinazie
- 1 banaan (bevroren of vers)
- sap van 1 sinaasappel
- 1 stengel selderij
- klein handje goji bessen
- 1/2 tl lucuma poeder
- 1/2 chlorella poeder
- 1 cup gefilterd water
Methode
Blend alle ingrediënten op hoge snelheid voor ongeveer 30 seconden tot het volledig glad is.

Banana Orange Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
- juice of 1 orange
- 1 celery stick
- little handful of goji berries
- 1/2 tsp lucuma powder
- 1/2 tsp chlorella powder
- 1 cup filtered water
Method
Blend all the ingredients on high speed for around 30 seconds until completely smooth.
