Ontbijt Green Smoothie
Ingrediënten
- 1 banaan
- 1 kaki
- flinke hand spinazie
- 1/4 cup havermout
- 200 ml sojamelk
- scheut water
- klein handje Goji bessen
- tl lucuma poeder
Methode
Gooi alles in een blender en blend tot een egale massa. Om mee te nemen giet je het in een glazen flesje. (bv. Smoothie flesje AH)

This morging I was a little late so I really had to hurry. Because I have to have breakfast in the morning I thought of this idea to make a to-go breakfast green smoothie. Ideal for people who have no time to have breakfast in the morning. It fills really well because of the oats and it tastes like a milkshake! Besides, it contains both fruits and veggies, which is a great way to start your day. I tried persimmons for the first time and I am sold! It is a lovely sweet fruit and also perfect as an addition to your smoothies! This breakfast is delicious, easy, quick and super healthy. What do you want more? (:
Breakfast Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 persimmon
- big handful of spinach
- 1/4 cup oats
- 200 ml soy milk
- splash of water
- little handful of goji berries
- tsp lucuma powder
Method
Throw everything in a blender and blend until a smooth consistency. To make it a to-go breakfast pour the smoothie in a glass bottle or jar.
